What an awesome interview. You really press him when he is vague.
I love the way you asked: “OK, everyone is talking about building community, communities everywhere. How do I build the community practically?” and then again “Practically? What did you do?”.
That is something I really wanted to know and that most interviewers would not have pressed on to get, thanks.
You are welcome, this is something I really wanted to know too 🙂
Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for sharing 🙂 Just joined a coworking space in Münster here in Germany. Im not German but I can speak fairly well German but being in a coworking space, helps me practice more. Its true when Jacob says about ‘building communities’ is more true about creating a cohesive environment for everyone who needs energy in being productive. Well done Office Nomads. 🙂
